Dashing Bearded Iris is a herbaceous semi-evergreen perennial with no bulb forming a clumping habit with long upward fanning sword-like foliage. Sturdy central stalks sporting sweetly fragrant deep purple indigo flowers with light blue beards bloom in late spring and again in late summer. Prefers partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
