If you have an issue with your order upon arrival, please email us pictures of any damage, along with your order number. GreenValleyGardenSupplyllc@gmail.com

Proof of issues/damage must be received within 5 days of delivery. 

Approved claims are eligible for a refund or replacement. We do not accept returns.

Once a shipping label has been created for your order it cannot be cancelled.
