Shipping & Delivery Guide

How We Pack Your Plants

Every plant that leaves our facility is packed with care. We use sturdy, ventilated boxes sized to fit your order, with each pot secured upright using custom inserts to prevent shifting in transit. Our goal is simple: your plant arrives looking as close to how it left us as possible.

What to Expect on Arrival

Live plants are resilient, but a few days in a box can cause some temporary stress — that's completely normal. Here's what you'll typically find when your order arrives:

  • Pot size: Plants ship in the nursery pot listed on the product page. Pot size is noted in each product description.
  • Plant condition: Though uncommon, leaves may be slightly wilted, dusty, or have minor yellowing from transit. This is temporary and resolves quickly once the plant is watered and placed in appropriate light.

Shipping Timelines & Regions

We currently ship to most contiguous US states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Utah, and Idaho or outside the United States at this time.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
  • Economy shipping (free): Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping days: We ship Monday through Saturday. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We recommend being available to receive your package promptly — live plants do best when unboxed quickly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind every plant we ship. If your order arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or not as described, here's what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the plant and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Email us at our contact page with your order number and photos.
  3. We'll review your claim and offer a replacement if applicable.

Please note: we cannot be responsible for delays or damage caused by extreme weather events or carrier mishandling after the package leaves our facility, but we'll always do our best to make it right.

What to Do When Your Plant Arrives

Give your new plant a strong start with these simple steps:

  1. Unbox promptly. Open your package as soon as it arrives and remove all packing material.
  2. Water thoroughly. Transit can dry out the soil. Give your plant a good drink and let it drain fully.
  3. Be patient. A little wilting or leaf drop in the first week is normal. Most plants bounce back quickly once they're home and watered.
