Rosa 'KORresia' - Sunsprite Rose

Sunsprite Rose is a long-season reblooming deciduous shrub with glossy dark green foliage and an upright habit.  The heavy blooms of sweetly fragrant, loose double flowers are a bright yellow that softens with age and bloom continuously from late spring until frost.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  Has excellent disease resistance.

Syn. with 'Friesia'.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall.  Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.
LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Garden, Foundation Plantings, Trellises, Walls, and Containers.
