Size

Prairie Splendor Echinacea is a compact freely branching native perennial with strong upright dark stems and deep green foliage.  The large fragrant flowers with downward arching rose-magenta petals and dark orange cones that fade to soft pink bloom from late spring through summer.  Thrives in full sun and well-drained soils.  The flowers are highly attractive to pollinators, and spent stems will stay erect and attract birds if not removed.  Drought tolerant.
